The hotel is located in a peaceful area away from the crowded city center, with easy access to transportation and close to a beautiful lake. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities such as a kettle, fridge, and AC. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful, providing good room service.
The reception desk staff needs better training in hospitality, with mischarges and unnecessary hurdles for visitors reported by several customers.

The location of the hotel was great, just a few minutes from the main attractions. the room was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the view from the room was beautiful, especially at night. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the variety of dishes offered.
We could hear the noise from the street throughout the night, which disturbed our sleep. the Wi-Fi was slow and kept disconnecting.

The room we stayed in during our romantic escape had a lovely view of the city's skyline. The comfortable bed and fluffy pillows provided us with a good night's sleep. The hotel is located in a safe and secure area with plenty of restaurants nearby. We appreciated the friendly staff who provided us with excellent service throughout our stay.
We also experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi connection during our stay which hindered our ability to stay connected. Despite the location being convenient, we found it difficult to locate the hotel as there were no clear signages.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the basic amenities provided to the clean and well-maintained rooms with attached baths, everything was on point. Lastly, the location in a calm residential area was a breath of fresh air. It provided a peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
